Mahesh Jayanarajan. Born in 1952. Managing Director and member of the Board of Directors. Founder and initiator of LBM Group. Jayanarajan resides in the United Kingdom and has more than 25 years experience of the financial markets, mainly from New York where he held senior posts at Dean Witter Reynolds (Morgan Stanley) and Lehman Brothers. Since 1992, Jayanarayan has worked as entrepreneur and advisor for several different companies within a number of sectors world-wide. Jayanarayan is active as Managing Director in LBM Group AB (publ). Managing Director and member of the Board of Directors since May 2010. Privately and via relatives, Jayanarayan holds 262 578 shares in LBM Group AB (publ).

Roger Lodén. Born in 1961. Member of the Board of Directors. MBA that is active in International Wealth Management. Lodén has more than 20 years of experience from the Stock Markets and Asset Management in both Sweden and Europe, where he, among others, worked at SEB, Svenska Handelsbanken and BNP Parabis Private. Member of the Board of Directors since May 2010. Lodén holds 55 550 shares in LBM Group AB (publ).

None of the members of the Board of Directors has any agreement with LBM for benefits after leaving the assignment.
